The SQUAT Software Testing Laboratory is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all customer information — including data provided by clients as well as data generated during testing activities.
The laboratory ensures the protection of all confidential and proprietary information through appropriate staff training and the implementation of adequate safeguards and environmental controls within the workplace.As a legal entity operating in accordance with applicable laws, the SQUAT Testing Laboratory will disclose confidential client information only when required by law or a regulatory authority. In such cases, the laboratory shall inform the customer or relevant personnel about the information to be disclosed, unless prohibited by law.
Furthermore, the SQUAT Testing Laboratory shall maintain the confidentiality of all client-related information obtained from other sources and shall not disclose such information without the consent of the information source.
